Agreement

These terms govern your use of camlannos.com and the CamlannOS platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of yourself and any company you represent.

Your account

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.

Each account belongs to one person. Company members may be invited by an administrator of that company.

What the platform provides

CamlannOS surfaces information about games, studios, publishers, investors and press, and provides tools for communication, evaluation, and administration of agreements.

Data shown on the platform is drawn from public sources such as Steam and YouTube, from partner feeds, and from what users submit. We do not verify every figure and we do not guarantee that any listing is complete or current.

Not investment or business advice

Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation to fund, sign, or licence any title. Funding, publishing, and revenue-share decisions are yours alone, and you should do your own diligence and take your own professional advice.

Deals and agreements

Where CamlannOS provides templates, calculators, or workflow tools for agreements, these are conveniences, not legal advice or a guarantee of outcome. Any agreement between you and another party is between you and that party; CamlannOS is not a party to it unless a separate written agreement says so.

Where CamlannOS administers payments or revenue share on behalf of a party, the applicable fee terms are those presented to you at the time, and are subject to change with notice.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us the permission needed to display, process, and share it with the parties you choose to engage, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit anything you have no right to share, misrepresent your identity or a game's performance, scrape or interfere with the service, or use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes where we can.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the platform or other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CamlannOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
